Select a Card

Create a Card

This is the Home Screen for AnyTime Card. It is where you see all your Cards. From here you can create new Cards, select Card types to edit, see your History, change your Settings, and get to Hints and FAQ's in About. Cards are organized by Type. This shows all the Personal Cards that this user has created. From here you may select a Card for editing, sending, or deleting. AnyTime Card offers many Card types for whatever the need. Use the wheel to select the desired Card type which includes Organization, Personal, Thing (great for selling "Things"), Events (let's party!) and more.

Name Your Card

Add Basic Information

Phone Number

Create a new Card starting with a Card name. Then use the scrolling screen to enter all the information necessary to complete your Card. There is no limit to the information that can be added (links, custom fields, attachments). But remember when it comes to sending a text message most recipients don't want to receive pages of text. Although there is no imposed limit we recommend keeping your Cards as short as possible. All Card types have Basic information fields. They include the standard fields you would expect every Card to have. When creating a new Card, or editing an existing one, this is where a phone number is entered. Anytime Card automatically formats the number, and gives you the choice of labeling it with a standard label or custom creating your own.

Edit Fields

Preview Your Card

Text, Email, or Edit Your Card

This is the screen for adding or editing the fields on your Card. All fields come with common pre-defined labels, and many fields such as email, URLS and phone allow you to create your own custom label. You can even use the "Other" label to create a field where the label name remains blank when sent. Great for creating tag lines on your Business AnyTime Card. This shows the Preview of what your card will look like. Basically is what you see is what you send. Send it as a text message or email it, and every email goes out with a vCard attached. After clicking on the check box icon, the menu comes up for sending options, as well as a quick edit. Let's assume that you want to text your Card to someone you just met. (but it could just as easily be someone in your Address Book.)

Select Recipient Phone

Confirmation of Texted Card

Email Your Card

Now that you've selected a Card to be texted, enter the recipient's mobile phone number, or select it from your Address Book by clicking on the + sign). Then press the send button. This screen simply confirms that your Card has been sent and it's on its way to the recipient for speedy delivery. But what if you wanted to email your Card? Not a problem. This is the entry screen for emailing your Card. Just like texting you can either enter the recipient's email address or select it from your Address Book using the + sign. Just add a subject line and hit Send. Out goes your Card as an email message along with a vCard attachment.

Your History

Help Topics

This screen shows a complete History of Cards sent, either as a text message or as an email. By selecting any of the entries in History you may review what was sent on that Card to the recipient. You can even adjust the sort order by hitting the Settings icon at the bottom of the screen. The About screen is where you find Help and Frequently Asked Questions. In addition you can use the Feedback bar to send us comments and suggestions. We are always looking for enhancement ideas and greatly value what our customers have to tell us. This is the Help screen, reached from the About page. Using Help and FAQ's you should be able to create and send Cards within minutes.
